PNP REGULAR EXAMINATION
The National Police Commission conducts two sets of police examinations twice a year, one for those who are already in the police service (promotional), and another for those aspiring to enter the Philippine National Police (PNP entrance).

The PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility. Click here to view the General Qualifications
Applicants shall utilize the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination application. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed on-line Confirmation Letter, filled-out Application Form and other required documents, for further evaluation.
The National Police Commission advises the public to refer to its official website, its main Facebook page, and its regional offices' websites and Facebook Pages as source of NAPOLCOM-related information to avoid consuming and spreading fake news.
NAPOLCOM COMPUTER ASSISTED EXAMINATION (CAEx) ANNOUNCEMENT
The NAPOLCOM Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) is open only to all the PNPE examinees whose applications were processed for the April 26, 2020 PNPE Examination and will prioritize those examinees who will reach the age of 31 years old in April 2021. Strictly no walk-in applicants.
Applicants must log in tocaex.napolcom.gov.phand choose the desired date of examination then fill out the mandatory fields. Those with confirmed schedule shall be sent an auto-generated email informing them to access the link and enter all the required information in the application form.
Note: caex.napolcom.gov.ph will be available at 12noon on December 10, 2020
PESE EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT
The National Police Commission announces the conduct of the 13th POLICE EXECUTIVE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY EXAMINATION for all qualified uniformed members of the PNP with the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel (PLTCOL) with permanent status of appointment.
A total of 76 or only 28.25% of the 269 Police Lieutenant Colonels passed the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Written Examination conducted on August 25, 2019 in Quezon City, Cebu City and Davao City.

NAPOLCOM Vice Chairman and Executive Officer Vitaliano N. Aguirre II graces the PNP’s 30th Founding Anniversary as Guest of Honor and Speaker at Camp Crame, Quezon City this morning.
With the theme “Kakampi mo Laban sa Pandemya, Ilegal na Droga, Kurapsyon at Terorismo,” this momentous occasion marks Vice Chairman Aguirre’s first attendance to an official PNP gathering since his assumption to office last January 20, 2021.
“In return for the President’s continuing trust in me, I commit to repay his trust and confidence by following his marching orders to the full extent of the authority granted to me by the law,” Vice Chairman Aguirre said.

According to Vice Chairman Aguirre, the greater challenge ahead demands for a police force that is flexible, agile, and adaptable which can thrive in any volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situation.
“In a volatile world, we need direct and decisive leaders of the police force who can act quickly without any hesitation to the radical changes of our fast-paced world, but always within the bounds of the law,” Aguirre added.
According to Aguirre his vision for the police force is for it to have direct, understandable, reliable and trustworthy leaders who can truly understand the context, depth, and magnitude of our problems.

The PNP needs leaders who can adapt to the changing times where everything is interconnected and who are trustworthy and can guide us to the right path, with the moral compass never to deviate from such a path.
“Our people’s trust in us, their public servants, should be compensated with our continuous efforts to better ourselves. My challenge for all is to always strive for excellence and integrity,” Aguirre ended his message to the PNP with this challenge.
The Public Assistance Unit (PAU) is tasked to receive calls involving police anomalies and irregularities and take appropriate actions as necessary and dispatch IMIS personnel to monitor, validate and investigate legitimate reports/complaints within 24 hours from receipt thereof.The PAU renders duty on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week.
